If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following in order to meet our return/exchange policy criteria:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide your order number and details of the products you wish to return or exchange from your order. We will review your request and liase with you for further details if required.
- Once accepted, print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- If an exchange, we will send back to you your new order.
- If a return, we will process full refund once product has been returned back to us and inspected.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and endeavour to make it right.
